2. Purpose

Lap2run is a social sports mobile application aimed at connecting athletes, recording and analyzing physical activities, and organizing joint training sessions. This legal notice governs access to and use of the website and services made available by DBLV LLC to users.

3. Terms of Use

Access to the website is free and open. Use of the mobile application requires registration of a user account and express acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

The user undertakes to make correct and lawful use of the service, refraining from any conduct that may damage the image, interests, or rights of DBLV LLC, other users, or third parties.

4. Intellectual and Industrial Property

All content on the website and the mobile application (including, by way of example, text, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links, and other audiovisual or sound content, as well as graphic design and source code) is the intellectual property of DBLV LLC or of third parties with authorization for its use, and is protected by applicable national and international laws.

The Lap2run trademark and its logo are distinctive signs of the owner and are protected under current regulations.

5. Liability

DBLV LLC makes every effort to avoid errors in published content. However, it does not warrant nor accept responsibility for the consequences arising from the existence of errors in content or technical failures that may affect the normal functioning of the service.

DBLV LLC is not responsible for content published by users in the social feed, comments, messages, or any other means provided by the App, without prejudice to its power of moderation and removal when such content infringes legality or service terms.

6. Links to Third-Party Sites

The website and the App may contain links to third-party sites. DBLV LLC assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such external sites.

7. Changes

DBLV LLC reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation, configuration, and content of the website and the App, as well as the conditions required for its use. Substantial changes will be communicated to users through available channels.

8. Applicable Law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law to the extent applicable to consumer users residing in Spain, without prejudice to mandatory regulations of their country of residence. For any controversy, the parties will submit to the competent courts under applicable law.
